This outstanding opportunity is for an experienced truck driver to operate the company test truck and forklift for the maintenance and calibration of weighbridges located throughout the SA region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist Field Service Technicians and attend training classes, both on-line and in-classroom
* Complete statutory record keeping on time
* Comply with ISO standards as required
* Assist and cooperate with Service Coordinators and Service Schedulers, who will assign jobs
* Ensure productivity standards are met and include assurance of data integrity of the Service department database
* Participate in developing and maintaining a feeling of teamwork within the service department
* Be responsible for informing the Service Manager of first line customer complaints
* Ensure test truck service and maintenance and basic vehicle care requirements are met
* Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
* Submit all paperwork in a timely and professional manner
* Comply and manage Mass management
EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE
* HC truck licence, forklift licence, and confined space training certificate
* High School Diploma and or TAFE Certificate II qualification
* Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
* Applicants must have any legal work rights in Australia to be considered for this role
