About your role: * Effectively communicate at all levels across the organisation to promote effective team functioning. Support schools to use a whole of school approach to health promotion (Health Promoting Schools framework) to encourage a coordinated and comprehensive approach to the planning and implementation of school policies, programs, activities, and environments. * Work within the School Based Youth Health Nurse Program framework by practicing in accordance with the Program principles and guidelines including the Queensland Health and Education Queensland School Based Youth Health Nurse Program Memorandum of Agreement and Program Management Guidelines. * Provide clinical leadership for professional and clinical practice, education, and research in conjunction with the Clinical Nurse and Nurse Unit Manager.
