About the role
Enerven currently have multiple Powerline Worker roles being offered on a full time, permanent basis based out of either the St Marys or Ferryden Park depot. These roles support the safe, efficient delivery of underground distribution (URD) and public lighting works, including HV switching, URD connections, Network Access Permits (NAPs), Bulk Supply NAPs, materials coordination, and public lighting connections. The role requires the ability to work autonomously at times but also requires contribution as a team player under the guidance of a leader.
Responsibilities
* Safely and efficiently deliver underground distribution (URD) and public lighting works.
* Perform HV switching and URD connections.
* Manage Network Access Permits (NAPs) and Bulk Supply NAPs.
* Coordinate materials and oversee public lighting connections.
Qualifications
* Powerline Trade Certificate and SA Electrical Workers registration.
* Cert III in ESI – Distribution Powerline.
* Current SA driver's licence (HR licence beneficial).
* Ability to work overtime as required.
* Work away from normal work location as required.
* Participation in an availability roster and/or shift roster.
