The Role
We're seeking a Maintenance Planner – HME to support a mining operation in West Africa.
This role combines hands on planning with coaching and mentoring site teams. You'll provide structured planning support while uplifting capability across AMT and Pronto systems.
This is not just about building work orders. It's about improving how planning is done.
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering HME maintenance planning across mobile fleets
Working within AMT and Pronto ERP systems
Coaching and mentoring local planning teams
Sharing planning standards and ERP knowledge
Supporting structured, disciplined work management practices
What You'll Bring
Proven experience as an HME Maintenance Planner
Strong AMT and Pronto system experience
Experience working with mobile mining equipment
Ability to coach, mentor, and build capability
International or remote site experience highly regarded
