Based in Murwillumbah, this is your chance to step into a role with real ownership — leading reliability, maintenance and utilities across site, while shaping how we operate now and into the future.
What You’ll Do
You’ll lead a passionate, talented team and take ownership of reliability, maintenance and utilities across the brewery, balancing hands-on problem solving with longer-term strategy. Day to day you’ll:
Lead preventative, reactive and autonomous maintenance through TPMDrive continuous improvement, RCA and waste reduction across siteOwn the maintenance & utilities budget (plus capital projects)Oversee capital planning to improve safety, quality and efficiencyChampion safety, compliance and best-practice engineering standardsBuild a high performing, engaged team and strong site culture
Some Of The Skills You’ll Bring
A background in engineering or a technical disciplineExperience leading teams or influencing across stakeholdersStrong TPM & continuous improvement capabilityProven project management experience (capital projects a plus)Solid time management, organisation and ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environmentExperience in FMCG or another fast-paced, production environment
