Project Manager
Oversight of high-profile infrastructure projects, from concept to commissioning, requires meticulous management and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage projects from initial design through commissioning and handover.
* Create and manage detailed project plans, scopes, and schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align objectives and meet client expectations.
* Monitor project performance, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
* Drive quality assurance, address non-conformances, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Mentor and lead project teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Qualifications:
* Expertise in odour control, chemical dosing, and bio-gas systems is essential.
* A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline is required (Master's preferred).
* PMP certification is highly advantageous.
* Three years' experience managing infrastructure projects, preferably in water or wastewater systems, is necessary.
* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and engineering software (AutoCAD, Navisworks) is required.
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities are crucial.
* A proven track record of managing stakeholders and delivering projects on time and within budget is essential.
