Doctor owned (group of 4 practices in the Nowra region)DPA region with MMM3 suitable for PEPEstablished over 18 years agoNurses provide dedicated treatment room services: wound dressings, immunisations, spirometry, doppler, ECG's and an INR clinic.Chronic Disease Management provided by GPs, mental health nurse and Practice NursesMaternity ServicesShared care arrangements provided in collaboration with the clients' obstetrician and/or hospital maternity services.All centres are equipped to allow for telehealth specialist consultation services.Procedural TreatmentsGPs attend to minor excisions, biopsies, removal of foreign bodies, insertion of Implanon and other hormonal treatments, Intravenousfluid replacement for dehydrated patients, catheter insertion, application of plaster of Paris for fractures, Intravenous antibiotic therapy, allergy desensitisation, wedge resection, removal of toenails, suturing of lacerations, resuscitation and stabilisation of patients in cardiac arrest.There is a large practice support network in place and any new GP will undergo an induction period.
A clinical Mentor is available and all GP's in the practice are provided with assistance towards studying for their Fellowship.
We are an accredited training practice with RACGP and ACRRM.
