We are a family style restaurant located in Willoughby serving exceptional Italian food over 42 years. We are seeking talented and passionate chefs to join our team. We have a variety of shifts available from Monday to Sunday.
About the person:
* Certificate III or above in Commercial Cookery
* Previous experience in cooking Italian cuisine with a strong passion and expertise in pasta
* HACCP food handling experience
* Good food allergen awareness
* Self motivated and ability to work well within a team with a positive can do attitude
* Good communication skills
About the role:
* Preparation of fresh, delicious Italian meals either for lunch or dinner service. Functions required from time to time
* knowledge about pizza will be priority
* Good organisation skills with the ability to work within a fast paced environment
* Ensure all OH&S compliance is achieved and wastage is kept to a minimum
