We work across multiple geographies including NSW, QLD, ACT, VIC, SA, and TAS, supporting clients ranging from D&C contractors to utility providers through panel positions and Owners Engineer roles.
As we continue to grow in the water sector, we are looking for an Intermediate Structural Engineer to join our Adelaide team and contribute to our national industrial and water business.
This role is ideal for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career by helping to lead and develop our local Adelaide team and working on a diverse range of industrial, water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
* Lead structural designs for conveyance pipelines, hydraulic structures, pump stations, service reservoirs, and treatment facilities
* Work on general light and heavy industrial projects
* Manage end-to-end project delivery, including design, documentation, and construction phase support
* Lead and mentor junior engineers and support their professional growth
* Refine your technical expertise and engage directly with clients
* Contribute to projects that shape the future of industrial and water infrastructure
About You
You're a degree-qualified civil or structural engineer with 3–7 years' experience, ideally gained in a consultancy environment.
Qualifications
* A solid foundation in structural design, analysis, and documentation
* Experience across all phases of structural engineering—from feasibility studies and detailed design to analysis and construction support
* Familiarity with Australian standards and experience delivering water and wastewater projects locally
* Confidence in scoping and estimating engineering work packages
* Strong client relationship skills and thrive in collaborative, cross-disciplinary environments
* Commitment to continuous learning and pride in mentoring junior engineers
* Chartered Professional Engineer status or are actively working towards chartership
