The role of Legal Counsel plays a pivotal part in supporting investment strategy and operations teams by delivering timely, accurate, and commercial legal advice.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Supporting due diligence processes for asset investments
* Ensuring effective communication with external legal advisors
* Negotiating complex investment documentation across asset classes
* Providing legal advice on investment-related activities
* Managing project delivery arising from regulatory developments and policy changes
About You:
To succeed in this position, you require a current practising certificate and at least 4 years PQE experience as a financial services lawyer or corporate transactional lawyer.
* Able to take the lead in complex transactions
* Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
* Strong commercial acumen and innovative approach to legal matters
