This role blends operational oversight with team leadership, sales growth, and customer relationship management. You will be the face of our business in the region, working closely with the Managing Director to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable performance.
Operational Leadership:
* Manage day-to-day operations across the site
* Drive process improvements in inventory, billing, timesheets, and maintenance
* Maintain equipment and facilities to high standards
* Ensure compliance with all company procedures and safety policies
* Develop and execute strategies to grow our market presence
* Identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of regional competitors
* Lead by example in building a sales-focused culture
Client Relationship Management:
* Build trusted relationships with key clients in the transport, logistics, and industrial sectors
* Act as the go-to contact for all service delivery and feedback
* Ensure service excellence and implement continuous improvement processes
Team Supervision:
* Lead a team of professionals, fostering accountability and performance
* Run pre-starts, coach your team, and manage rosters where required
* Drive a culture of safety, professionalism, and customer service
