We are currently seeking experienced Project Engineers to join a growing pipeline of civil infrastructure projects across both local and FIFO opportunities.
Projects span subdivisions, structural works, and major TMR road infrastructure, with contractors ranging from strong Tier 2 and Tier 1 delivery environments.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of civil infrastructure projects from planning through to completion, working closely with Project Managers and Supervisors to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the delivery of civil construction projects including subdivisions, roadworks, structures, and earthworks
* Manage subcontractors, procurement, and supplier coordination
* Support project planning, programming, and cost tracking
* Ensure compliance with TMR standards, HSEQ requirements, and project specifications
* Prepare and review project documentation including SWMS, ITPs, and QA records
* Assist with variations, progress claims, and commercial reporting
* Work collaboratively with site teams to drive program and productivity
About You:
* Civil Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
* 4–5+ years' experience in civil construction (subdivisions, roads, or structures preferred)
* Exposure to TMR projects or similar road infrastructure highly regarded
* Strong understanding of site-based project delivery and construction methodology
* Confident communicator with strong coordination and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in both FIFO and local environments (depending on project allocation)
