Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Condominium Property Manager with a General License. Based in the Greater Hamilton (Burlington) Metropolitan Area, the role involves overseeing daily operations of residential and commercial condominium properties as assigned in the GTHA, ensuring compliance with condominium regulations, handling unit owner and Board relations, managing budgets, and coordinating with maintenance and administrative teams. Some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
* Property management experience and knowledge of condominium regulations an asset
* Budget management and financial reporting skills
* Strong organizational and administrative abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in managing maintenance and vendor relations
* Ability to handle unit owner concerns and conflict resolution
* Proficiency in CRM, Project Management and Ticket software and tools
