Job Description
Role responsibilities:
* Develop and implement ICT resilience frameworks and strategies for critical systems.
* Lead risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation plans.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of resilience measures and report findings to stakeholders.
* Coordinate responses to ICT incidents and ensure swift recovery of systems and services.
* Provide expert advice on ICT resilience best practices and emerging technologies.
* Ensure compliance with relevant public sector regulations and standards.
* Prepare documentation and reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful ICT Resilience Manager Should Have
* Proven expertise in ICT resilience, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
* Strong understanding of public sector technology systems and frameworks.
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results.
* Proficiency in identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.li>
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and present findings.
* A commitment to maintaining compliance with public sector regulations.
* Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
