A day in the life
* Machine start up experience or an aptitude to learn machinery
* Always one-step-ahead of everyone else in the room
* Reading and communicating plans and using it to measure achievable goals and Key Performance Indicators for the rest of the team
* Communicating across all levels of the business from managers to senior management, auditors and contractors
Our ideal candidate will be:
* Responsible for the safe operation of heavy machinery
* Common sensical approach to their surroundings and work environment
* Adaptable to last minute unexpected changes to plans and able to pivot and go with the flow
* Able to multi-task and move swiftly without compromising safety
* A fun person to work with!
