1. Role Overview:
* We're looking for a skilled coordinator to create and manage care schedules that meet the needs of our clients and care professionals.
* The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess problem-solving abilities.
* This role involves participating in an on-call rota, answering calls 1-2 evenings a week with extra pay per shift.
2. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain weekly care schedules that accommodate everyone's needs.
* Match clients with care professionals based on skills, personality, and availability.
* Be adaptable and respond quickly to changes – rearrange visits, support the team, and keep everyone informed.
* Ensure accurate updates in our system.
3. Requirements:
* Effective communicator with a friendly and professional phone manner.
* Ability to solve problems efficiently and think critically.
* Calm under pressure and capable of working independently when needed.
* Reliable, passionate about helping others, and possessing solid IT skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar).
