This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join the Coal River Farm team as Store Manager at our Fremantle store.
Our store incorporates a compact chocolate and cheese offering (focusing on hot chocolate, coffee and other beverages along with cheese and desserts) along with our retail range of cheese, chocolate and other farm produced fare.
You will play a key role in building a loyal customer base as the on the ground ambassador of our highly acclaimed cheese and chocolate.
This is a hands on role that requires an ability to work independently while also being responsible for service, rostering, stock control and other supervisory tasks.
Responsibilities
* Build and nurture a loyal customer base as the store ambassador.
* Manage day‐to‐day operations, including service, rostering, stock control and supervisory tasks.
* Develop business and sales techniques to increase store performance.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in hospitality is a must; must be able to make great coffee.
* Passion for cheese and chocolate.
* Business development mindset and innovative sales skills.
