About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, Daikin Australia is looking for a permanent full‐time Customer Service Officer who will process and manage internal sales and issues relating to the allocation and delivery of the Daikin products. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Prepare and capture sales order details into the SAP system platform.
* Maintain accurate and timely delivery orders.
* Enter and action on changes to customer orders.
* Improve and maintain positive customer relationships.
This role offers flexible selection of shifts between 8 AM – 4 PM or 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday, continuously offering onsite training and ongoing development.
About You
* Looking for an individual with strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.
* Previous experience with data entry and/or administration would be ideal.
* Passion to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‐paced environment.
* Experience with Outlook, Salesforce and/or SAP would be ideal but are not essential.
