About Our ICT Support Role
We have an exciting opportunity to contribute to our dynamic ICT Service Desk team.
This team strives to deliver exceptional service with a customer-centric focus in a challenging environment with sites across multiple states and a combination of devices and applications that offer excellent growth and learning opportunities.
The role demands passion for IT, motivation to further skills, and the ability to develop positive relationships with internal customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A genuine interest in IT and willingness to continuously learn and improve technical expertise.
* Exemplary communication skills to interact effectively verbally, in writing, or in person with diverse stakeholders.
* A patient demeanor when providing technical support, being approachable and able to develop a strong rapport with internal customers.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
* Prior IT support experience and general knowledge of mainstream IT systems including Microsoft 365, Windows OS, IT Service Management, Cisco Unified Communications, Apple mobile devices, Meraki networks, Active Directory, and hardware and software deployment will be advantageous.
* A current driver's license and willingness to travel locally and interstate as required.
