**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Communications and Media Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for effectively communicating priorities, supporting change, and engaging stakeholders across various channels.

**Responsibilities**
* Develop, implement, and evaluate strategic communications strategies that set clear objectives
* Lead teams and projects, setting clear objectives and motivating others towards achieving strategic goals
* Plan, develop, and administer projects to achieve successful outcomes
* Negotiate, persuade, and engage with people at various levels to understand needs and requirements
**Requirements**
* Exceptional communication skills with extensive experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating strategic communications strategies
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams and projects, setting clear objectives and motivating others
* Proven experience in planning, developing, and administering projects to achieve successful outcomes
* Ability to consult, liaise, and negotiate with people at various levels

**Remuneration**
$121,107 - $125,679 per annum, plus superannuation of 12%.
