The Role
Reporting to the HSEQ Manager, the HSEQ Advisor plays a key role in supporting the implementation, compliance, and continuous improvement of CMI's Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) systems across our operations. Based in Landsdale, this autonomous role provides proactive HSEQ support to leaders and teams while independently delivering inspections, audits, investigations, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites.
You'll be a visible presence across the business – partnering with leaders, driving a strong safety culture, leading toolbox talks, conducting investigations, supporting compliance, and ensuring HSEQ systems remain practical, effective, and aligned with legislative requirements.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a proactive and confident HSEQ professional who enjoys being hands‐on in operations and can work with a high level of autonomy.
* Certificate IV in WHS (minimum), with a Diploma highly regarded
* Internal Auditor training or demonstrated audit capability
* Current First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Experience using HSEQ systems/software (myosh highly desirable)
* Proven ability to independently coordinate and report on HSEQ activities, including audits, inspections and investigations
* Strong organisational, analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support advisory, reporting and stakeholder engagement
* High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate HSEQ documentation and compliance records
* Experience in a manufacturing, industrial or blue‐collar environment highly regarded
