THE OPPORTUNITY:
* Lead and manage frontline administration and hospitality services, to support the successful delivery of school learning outcomes and promote the College\'s vision and goals to provide an innovative and contemporary education for young women.

* Full-time, permanent; working school term time (approximately 39 weeks p/year)
* Salary and conditions in accordance with the NSW Catholic Independent Schools (Support Staff - Model B) Multi-Enterprise Agreement; Note: Annual salary is averaged for school term-time

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and manage the performance of a team of administrative staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
* Exceptional personal presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create positive first impressions as an ambassador of the College.
* Highly developed written and verbal communication with the ability to competently triage enquiries, manage sensitive conversations, resolve complaints, and build professional relationships with staff, students, families and visitors.
* Commitment to continuous improvement with evidence of experience managing and improving administration workflows and service standards.
* Highly developed digital literacy skills with intermediate to advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office suite and digital systems for sophisticated data management and reporting.
* High level understanding of confidentiality, privacy and school-based risk and compliance.
* Proactive, reliable and adaptable with the ability to contribute to critical tasks or projects outside of normal hours when required.
* Current First Aid qualifications for; Provide First Aid (HLTAID011), CPR (HLTAID009) and Asthma/Anaphylaxis (22578VIC/225702VIC) or willingness to obtain with agreed timeframe.
Child protection legislation requires the successful applicant to supply a valid Working with Children Check.
