The Role
We are looking for a highly organised, compassionate, and service focused individual to join our Dianella team as a full-time Administration Officer.
As the first point of contact for many of our families, you will play an important role in creating a calm and supportive experience.
This position requires someone who can offer exceptional service with warmth, professionalism, and discretion, ensuring every interaction is handled with care.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors with empathy and professionalism
Communicate with sensitivity and respect in all interactions
Maintain accurate records and support general office operations
Demonstrate flexibility and empathy in a client facing environment
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' administration experience
Exceptional attention to detail & strong organisational skills
Excellent communication & teamwork capabilities
A proactive, adaptable mind set
Proficient in Microsoft Office & general office systems
Clean and valid WA Drivers Licence (non - provisional)
Full Australian Residency
National Police Clearance (issued within past 12 mths)
Ability to pass Pre-Employment Medical
