About This Role
As a senior design leader, you'll define the future of global sports fandom by partnering with top sports federations and leagues. You'll work closely with our high-performing team to craft extraordinary fan experiences.
This is an end-to-end product design role where you'll own the process from concept to delivery. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our strategic creative direction, spotting new opportunities, and driving design standards higher across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Designing real-time, live digital experiences that inspire and unite fan communities worldwide
* Leading creative exploration and workshops, transforming insights into breakthrough concepts
* Working hands-on across multiple squads, ensuring every interaction and every pixel feels effortless
* Using data and fan psychology to shape designs that move people emotionally and intuitively
Requirements:
* Expertise in Figma for high-fidelity UI design, prototyping, and design system maintenance
* Familiarity with Design Systems principles and maintaining a scalable, component-based library
* Deep understanding of responsive design principles and cross-platform best practices
* Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to effectively communicate and collaborate with engineers
* Proficiency in UX for native mobile applications (iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design)
