A Woodfired Pizza Oven is the latest addition to the newly opened Etti's Bar at Balgowlah RSL and we are looking to recruit a casual Pizza chef.
We are looking for someone who has proven experience in a similar role, has solid communications skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the operation of the kitchen and preparation of pizzas.
- Prepare and cook pizzas using recipes, ensuring quality, consistency, and proper cooking techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all work areas and equipment.
- Maintaining stock at correct levels
- Minimising wastage at both preparation and service stages
- Liaising with Executive Chef/Sous Chef and other staff ie; kitchen-hands, waiting staff
- Any other duties as directed by the Management
- Adherence to the Club’s Work, Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Keep uniforms clean and tidy, ensuring that a clean uniform is worn on each shift
Remuneration based on experience
