Girdlers is entering its next phase of growth and is seeking a commercially minded General Manager to lead the business through continued expansion, operational excellence, and people development.
This role will work directly with ownership and oversee all aspects of operations, people, financial performance, systems, and strategic execution.

About You
You are an experienced hospitality executive who understands how to scale businesses through people, systems, and accountability.
* 7+ years of senior hospitality leadership experience
* Multi-site business leadership experience
* Strong P&L ownership
* Experience managing large teams
* Demonstrated success in business transformation
* Strong commercial and analytical capability
This is a full-time leadership position suited to a hospitality professional who is passionate about making their mark within a growing and evolving hospitality group.

* Be able to travel regularly between multiple Girdlers locations across Sydney.
* Hold a current and valid Australian Driver's Licence.

* Demonstrate a proactive, hands-on approach to leadership.
* Have a genuine passion for hospitality, team development, and continuous improvement.
