Description de la mission
Reporting to the Finished Products Manager, the QA Coordinator will be responsible for the daily upkeep/administrative responsibilities for QA data points
via Shift testing sheets, audit sheets and various data entry duties. This is a permanent part time position working on-site from 7:00am to 11:30am Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collection of shift testing sheets and collation of audit sheets
* Cross-checking QA data and updating resort held reports, specification cards and packaging specification documentation
* Filling out of Daily Quarantine summary and collection of review samples to distribute to Production leadership team within daily cut off times
* Complete Data entry for Quarantine ware via Production Quality Register and Daily Quality summary
* Run/update Production reports from predetermined periods as required
* Filing of various sheets/reports in designated daily production files
* Respond to/act on warehouse and sales email requests as necessary
Profil
The successful applicants will:
* Have extensive administrative experience, ideally in a QA/Manufacturing
environment
* Have the ability to be able to communicate appropriately and effectively with stakeholders at various levels
* Have high level organisational skills to navigate and correctly store large amounts of technical data
* Display a high level of attention to detail
* Show to ability to work in a team as well as independently
* Have intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
