Job Title: Operations Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team in a collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting and guiding team members in resolving operational matters and problems, as well as liaising with other teams when confronted with issues.
The ideal candidate will have years of expertise and a robust infrastructure, creating lasting partnerships through efficient supply chain solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist and guide team members in resolving operational matters and problems.
* Liaise with other teams when confronted with issues.
* Manage workload and work allocation, including cover for staff on leave.
* Train staff in operations matters, including external accreditations required.
* Ensure all invoicing is up-to-date and manage local and overseas invoicing and profit and loss.
* Plan and implement import/export activities aligned with overall aims and requirements.
* Communicate with export and import authorities, customers, and suppliers to ensure efficient and positive relations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Ability to complete and exceed goals, identify strategies to achieve them.
* Experience as an Operations Supervisor or equivalent.
* Positive attitude and performance, even in challenging situations.
* Decision-making skills, considering information and potential consequences.
* Leadership skills, supporting and encouraging team members.
