Job Opportunity: Rehabilitation Consultant
This is a unique opportunity to support injured individuals in their return to work journey as a trusted guide.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology or Social Work and be registered with professional associations such as ASORC, AHPRA or AASW. You will also need full working rights and a full Australian Driving License.
The Role
* Support clients with care and compassion, conducting meaningful assessments and guiding them through life-changing career transitions.
* Collaborate with stakeholders including health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key individuals to co-create solutions that make a real difference.
* Identify barriers and design tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
* Visit workplaces to understand the real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.
