We are looking for an experienced Medicare-registered therapist to become part of our small but passionate multi-disciplinary team.
About Bloom Well-being
Bloom Well-being is a small multi-disciplinary private practice that passionately places our clients at the forefront of the work we do. Our area of focus is complex trauma and supporting neurodivergent clients; however, we work with a range of presentations including anxiety, depression and grief.
Our established clinic is a warm, nurturing, home-like environment, where we offer a compassionate, trauma-informed, attachment-informed and neuro-affirming approach to therapy. We value centring clients as the experts and offering individualised, flexible approaches.
The role
Providing therapeutic support to a client group that most aligns with your interests, from a trauma-focused and neurodiversity-affirming lens. With a maximum of 5 clients per day, you will form part of a small, passionate, collaborative team of experienced therapists.

What we are looking for
Medicare registered therapist, e.g.: Psychologist, Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, and Mental Health Occupational Therapist. A minimum of two years of experience is required.
A lifelong commitment to identity-affirming practices.
Genuine passion for therapeutic work.
Commitment to lifelong learning and active engagement with PD and SV.
Highly regarded
* EMDR Level 1, 2 or accreditation.
* Experience working with complex trauma and neurodivergent presentations.
