Hall Veterinary Surgery is seeking a Full-Time Head Vet Nurse to lead our dedicated nursing team and play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care.

About the Role
As Head Vet Nurse, you'll work closely with our vets and management team to:
Lead, support and mentor our nursing team
Maintain high clinical and patient care standards
Oversee daily nursing operations and workflows
Be hands-on across surgery, anaesthesia, hospital care and client support
Contribute to training, rostering and continuous improvement within the clinic
About You
Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience)
Previous leadership or senior nursing experience (highly regarded)
Strong clinical skills and a calm, organised approach
A positive, team-focused leader who leads by example
Excellent communication and a genuine passion for patient care
