Stockdale & Leggo Shepparton is seeking a Sales Administration Assistant to join our busy Sales Administration Department.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a team, is organised and detail-oriented, and would like stable, consistent hours in the afternoon.
About the Role
The successful applicant will assist in all areas of real estate sales administration, including:
* Supporting agents in preparing sales authorities, sales instructions and contracts
* Coordinating marketing campaigns and online listings
* Managing internet enquiries and open for inspection follow-ups
* Providing general administrative and client support to the sales team
Once the successful applicant has completed their Agent's Representative Certificate (Victoria), they will also assist with:
* Property inspections and buyer appointments
* Vendor meetings
* Building and pest inspection coordination
Hours
* Monday to Thursday: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
* Friday: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
* Starting on Award wages with opportunities for training and progression
* Based at our central Shepparton office, 91 Wyndham Street
