Role
The Harvey Norman Blacktown Warehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Storeperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
As a Warehouse Storeperson, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
* Dispatching and receiving orders; liaising with customers to provide exceptional service.
* Support in loading and unloading goods, and accurate distribution of goods in and out of the warehouse.
* Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment in line with WHS policies and procedures.
* Assist with prioritising workload and meeting deadlines in a busy retail warehouse.
What we require
* Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
* Highly organised with great time management skills.
* Motivated, detail-oriented with a great eye for accuracy.
* Experience checking delivery sheets.
* Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of the warehouse, including loading of trucks.
* Strong commitment to WHS policies and procedures.
* Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude.
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
* Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late-night trades.
* Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers Licence (preferred).
