Job Description
* Deliver exceptional customer service from check-in to vehicle handover
* Keep customers updated on repair progress and service needs
* Manage bookings, invoices and warranty claims efficiently
* Meet personal and team targets while maintaining high CSI scores
* Help customers drive away happy - every time
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven customer service experience (automotive preferred)
* Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
* A genuine passion for the automotive industry and customer care
* Experience with EraPower DMS or Xtime (highly regarded)
* A current driver's licence and professional presentation
