About the role
This is a 12‐month contract opportunity for an experienced Program Controller to support the successful delivery of Unitywater's capital program.
Working closely with project managers and delivery teams, you'll play a key role in maintaining program schedules, tracking performance, and ensuring accurate, timely reporting. This is a hands‐on position, focused on providing strong planning and controls support to help keep projects on track.
Working within a collaborative capital delivery environment, you'll support program visibility by maintaining accurate schedules and reporting, helping teams track progress and stay aligned.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and update the Primavera P6 master schedule, ensuring accuracy and alignment across projects.
* Support project teams with scheduling, progress updates, and reporting requirements.
* Consolidate and analyse program data to support monthly reporting cycles.
* Identify variances in cost and schedule, highlighting risks and supporting mitigation tracking.
* Work closely with project managers to ensure consistency in planning and reporting approaches.
* Assist in integrating schedules across multiple projects within the program.
About you
You're a detail‐oriented Program or Project Controller who enjoys working closely with delivery teams and keeping programs running smoothly. You bring a practical, hands‐on approach and are comfortable working across multiple projects, supporting others and stepping in where needed to maintain momentum.

Qualifications
* Strong experience using Primavera P6 in a project or program environment, including cost and resource loaded schedules.
* Experience supporting project controls across infrastructure or capital projects.
* Solid skills in Excel (Power BI desirable).
* Understanding of scheduling, forecasting, and reporting processes.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across a portfolio of projects.
* Degree in engineering, project management, or related discipline.
Preferred qualifications
* Experience within utilities, water, or large‐scale infrastructure programs.
* Background working on the Partner side (planner or project controller).
* Experience working in alliance, collaborative, or partnership delivery models.
