Take the lead on creating accurate and competitive costings. Join Redink Metro as an Estimator, for both Sales Estimating and Production Estimating of all new home builds. In this pivotal role, you'll bring plans and contract documentation to life, translating every detail into clear, timely cost breakdowns that support confident decision‑making.
You'll stay ahead of the market by researching materials, engaging with external suppliers, and securing up-to-date pricing. Collaboration is key: you'll work closely with our Sales and Construction teams, ensuring seamless communication throughout the build journey to keep projects on track and help us meet our build targets.

About you
* 2 years' experience within the residential construction industry in any capacity (within estimating desirable, but not essential)
* Strong analytical, time management and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Good communication skills (oral and written) including the ability to influence, build and maintain networks with a range of stakeholders
* Ability to work autonomously as well as be part of the broader team
* Strong computer skills including the ability to utilize a range of information systems (MS Excel is essential, Click Homes & Data build would be highly favorable but not essential)
