We are seeking a Finance and Administration Clerk to join our team at Livit Disability Support in Mount Barker, SA. This full-time role is an exciting new opportunity to contribute to the smooth financial operations of our organisation.

The Finance & Administration Clerk provides administrative and transactional support across the Service Development & Performance and Finance & Facilities departments under general guidance and within established procedures.
Reporting to the Manager Service Development and Performance your duties will include but won't be limited to:
* Check and support the authorisation of invoices generated in the CRM through to our Finance System.
* Ensure correct entry, coding, and documentation of supplier invoices and payment requests.
* Enter service agreements and quote information into the CRM accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
* Provide administrative or transactional support to the Service Development & Performance and Finance & Facilities teams as required
What we're looking for
* Certificate III in Business or Financial Services (desirable) or Minimum Year 12 and/or relevant data entry and work experience
* Obtain and Maintain a NDIS Worker Check
* Ability to apply and comprehend numerical concepts
* Ability to work in a team and support team members with tasks
* Demonstrated information technology skills including experience in Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel and CRM/finance software
