Tomago Based Role, Permanent Part Time Position
- Flexible working Hours and Days Up to 24 p/week Mon to Fri 7.30 to 4.30
- Support our current site administrators across multiple areas of admin

BIS are now currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our administration team at our Tomago Office in NSW. This role will report in to our Administration Team Leader. This role will perform a variety of duties including invoicing, data entry and document control. Hours for this position are flexible between 7.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday (up to a total of 24 per week)

This is an excellent opportunity for a experienced Administrator who wants to take a step back and spend that extra time with their family, or for someone returning to the workforce.

**Key responsibilities for this role include**:

- Entering weekly timesheets for processing into our systems (JD Edwards - Oracle)
- Assist with generating invoices and purchase orders
- General document control and management
- Demonstrate commitment to our goal of Zero Harm
- Liaise with other departments within BIS as required
- Perform data entry and any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

**The successful applicant will possess**:

- Previous employment history as administrator,
- A pro-active approach and energetic attitude towards your work
- Sound to strong knowledge of the MS Office Suite
- Previous experience with timesheet entry.
- Current Australian Driving License and reliable transport.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical functional assessment including a drug & alcohol test.
