Job Description

About the Role

Join our National Warranty Team at CEA, where you'll play a key role in supporting our extensive product range, CEA branches, and dealer network across Australia. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide day-to-day support to the National Warranty Team
* Process dealer credits and warranty claim invoices
* Manage extended warranty claims and machine registrations
* Liaise with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) regarding warranty issues
* Finalise completed job records accurately and efficiently
* Ensure systems and databases are consistently updated and maintained

What We're Looking For

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* A proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Effective communicator across various platforms – phone, email, and in-person
* Intermediate computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Familiarity with workplace health and safety (OHS) principles
* Experience in warranty processing or a service department is highly regarded but not essential
