Our Campaigns team plays a critical role in the outreach of our events, generating event registrations by engaging senior decision-makers, with the ultimate goal of getting event attendees.
The Role
As a Digital Campaigns Executive, you will drive event registrations through a range of digital outreach channels, including LinkedIn and email, all managed within our CRM. You will also play a key role in coordinating and managing our global events, ensuring they run seamlessly from start to finish, making strong organisational skills essential.

What you'll be doing
* Driving registrations for client events (webinars, roundtables, in‐person experiences), through digital outbound outreach
* Building targeting lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator based on client ICPs (ideal customer profiles)
* Engaging with senior decision‐makers across SME and enterprise businesses.
* Driving event registrations and ensuring high‐quality event attendance
* Attend selected events to support client teams and deepen your understanding of the audience
* Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach with campaign messaging and strategy
* Provide regular updates and reporting to clients on outreach progress and lead quality
* Learning and applying best practices in lead generation and sales development
* Keep CRM systems meticulously updated with prospect interactions and outcomes
What we're looking for
* 12–24 months' experience in a professional environment (sales, marketing, customer service, recruitment or similar)
* Resilient and target‐driven. You enjoy a challenge and want to succeed
* A strong communicator who's confident speaking to people at all levels
* Enthusiastic, proactive, positive and eager to learn
* Organised and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
* A genuine interest in marketing, sales, and the B2B tech industry
* Previous experience in a sales role is a bonus, but not essential. We are looking for someone with a sales mindset who is able to work with evolving monthly targets and KPIs.
