Office / Freight Administration Staff – Early Morning Shift
We are seeking a reliable, organised and hardworking office staff member to join our growing company. This role combines general office administration with early morning freight processing duties. The successful applicant must be detail-oriented, able to multitask effectively, and capable of working in a quick-paced logistics environment. A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and customer service focus are essential.
Working Hours
4:00 AM to 10:00 AM Monday – Friday
Flexibility to assist with additional shifts during staff Annual Leave or Sick Leave will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities
* Preparation and processing of freight consignment notes in the early morning shift (from 4:00AM)
* Entering customer orders into the database
* Checking, processing and printing invoices
* Basic bookkeeping and record keeping duties
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls
* General office administration and support to team members
Qualifications and Requirements
* Previous experience in the transport / logistics / freight industry is highly regarded
* Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Quick and accurate typing skills
* Robust verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent customer service attitude
* Must have own reliable transport
* Ability to work early morning shifts (from 4:00AM)
