What you'll be doing
* Conducting private and public inspections for prospective tenants
* Engaging with applicants to assess suitability and verify references
* Processing and approving applications alongside the Property Management team
* Managing tenant enquiries and coordinating inspections and access
* Completing detailed and accurate ingoing condition reports
What we're looking for
* Agent's Representative Certificate
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Empathetic, approachable, and people-focused mindset
* Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
* High level of computer literacy
* Positive, resilient, and proactive attitude
* A team player who brings energy and accountability
