With a strong pipeline of architecturally designed projects and a growing brand presence, they're now looking to bring on a Content & Digital Marketing Manager to elevate their overall digital and brand strategy.
This is not your standard content role - this is an opportunity to really make your mark and take the reins!
You'll have the opportunity to get hands‐on and truly immerse yourself in the build journey – from early construction phases through to stunning finished homes. The Opportunity
* Own and drive the short‐form content strategy across platforms (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
* Capture high‐quality, visually engaging content on‐site throughout the build lifecycle
* Manage and update website content to ensure projects and messaging remain fresh and aligned
* Plan and execute digital campaigns to support brand growth and lead generation
* Work closely with internal teams to bring projects and brand stories to life
* Push creative boundaries and elevate the brand's overall digital presence
What They're Looking For
* Proven experience creating content within residential construction, custom homes or property
* Strong videography and editing skills, with a focus on short‐form content
* Experience managing website updates and running digital campaigns
* A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
* Confidence working on active construction sites and engaging with stakeholders
* Someone who can take ownership and run with ideas
* Must have full working rights in Australia
