We're opening two Quality Improvement Coordinator (QIC) secondments until June 2026. These roles are ideal for people who love improving how things are done and want to build their skills in quality problem solving and continuous improvement. The roles will be preferably based in Goulburn however other sites may be considered for the right candidate. Travel will be required.
What the role is about
As a QIC you'll support both Operations and HSEQ by helping improve day to day quality on the floor and working with the Quality Assurance Manager on longer term fixes. This role is hands on fast paced and perfect for someone who likes to jump in solve problems and help teams deliver great work.
What you'll be doing
* Supporting daily quality activities and helping respond to issues as they arise
* Assisting with root cause analysis (RCA) investigations and corrective actions
* Helping teams improve consistency standards and Right First Time
* Working closely with QC and Ops to reduce repeat issues
* Supporting the QA Manager with improvement tasks and quality initiatives
This role is a continuation of the Quality Champion approach now with clearer structure stronger support and a development pathway for the right people.
