* Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representative - Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers with vehicle rentals, including bookings, pick-ups, and returns.
* Provide information on rental options, rates, and insurance products.
* Process rental agreements, payments, and maintain accurate records.
* Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues with a professional, solution-focused approach.
* Support general office administration tasks including data entry, filing, and stock control.
* Work collaboratively with fleet, reservations, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What you need:
* Team focus to achieve sales goals
* Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office applications
* Adaptable communication style to meet the needs of different clients
* Friendly demeanour and professional outlook
* C class licence (Preferable)
