* Drive efficiency in prep, kitchen organisation, and food safety compliance.
* Manage stock control, daily ordering, and cost efficiencies.
* Train, mentor, and onboard new team members.
About You
* Extensive experience as a senior chef in catering, production kitchens, or large-volume food environments is essential.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and manage a team are required.
* You must be reliable, hardworking, and innovative – thrive under pressure with a solutions-first mindset.
* Strong organisational and communication skills are necessary.
* A NSW Driver's Licence is required, along with confidence driving automatic vans.
* A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is mandatory.
