Description and Requirements
1. The Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing web portfolio planning for all product lines through lifecycle management of existing products & services as well as creating and integrating new products and product changes. The incumbent will also be responsible for managing execution of quarterly campaigns.
2. Mid-term (6-9 months) product portfolio planning management across product categories including deciding the pricing strategy.
3. Collaborating with AP & BU Teams to ensure effective portfolio readiness for ANZ based on market intelligence & on-ground competition portfolio analysis.
4. Analyzing and understanding consumer profile, RTMs, Trade & competitive dynamics & landscape
5. Ensuring portfolio certification readiness based on ANZ policy requirements (BIS etc.)
6. Work with relevant internal stakeholders to help to design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions
7. Use industry reports data to analyze TAM and identify growth opportunities
8. Align with segment team to design eComm product roadmap planning & new product launches
9. Demand forecasting / planning + inventory management
10. Design suitable promotions for all eComm routes to market
11. Work with merchandising and marketing team to execute promotional activities
12. Monitor/manage pricing comparison to ensure market competitiveness
13. Weekly sales analysis to help support decision making in sales & promotion focus
14. Communicate clearly with all stakeholders to execute 4P initiatives

15. In-depth understanding & analysis of subscribed market Intelligence reports to shape an effective portfolio for ANZ.
16. Product championship, training and Sales Enablement to internal as well as external teams
17. Assist the product team to drive qualitative business health parameters such as Premium mix, Industry differentiator / first to market product offerings
18. Managing relationship with alliance partners for annual alignment and fund management.
Position Requirements:
19. Must Have: Bachelors degree in business/ marketing/ engineering
20. Desired: MBA
21. Overall 8+ years’ experience across product management (minimum 3+ years) & sales.
