About the Role: As a Service Desk Technician, you'll be part of a collaborative team resolving incidents and managing service requests across various technologies.
* Triage and resolve Level 1/2 technology incidents via Servicenow.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support for Microsoft Intune,Azure AD,Exchange, Action Directory SCCM/MEMC.
* Troubleshoot technical issues including networking issues;
* Elevate problems;
auditing Mobile Device onboarding;cSecuring Cybersecurity processes (including MFA endpoint protection privileged access).
* Liaise with vendors as needed;(Guidance when necessary).
