Job Description
Our client is seeking a reliable and capable Office Administrator to be the first point of contact and a key support across the business.
This full-time role offers variety and autonomy, making it ideal for someone who enjoys taking initiative and thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will manage customer enquiries, oversee day-to-day office operations, and handle fuel card administration for two business units.
* Act as the initial point of contact for incoming calls, assisting with customer enquiries related to orders, payments, and accounts
* Administer fuel card processes, including ordering, updating, and maintaining accurate records
* Coordinate general office operations, including supply management, mail handling, staff catering, and upkeep of shared facilities
* Prepare weekly operational reports and support invoicing activities
* Provide assistance to the Accounts Receivable function as required
* Maintain accurate and current records across relevant systems
* Offer cross-functional support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications
* Experienced across a range of admin tasks, ideally in a busy office setting
* Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities
* Tech-savvy and confident using office systems and tools
* Happy to bog in and support the team wherever needed.
* Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
