Job Description
The Infrastructure and Platform Architect L3 focuses on delivering network and platform solutions across the organization. Core responsibilities include designing and implementing LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi transformation, SD-WAN, and cloud integration, while supporting production environments, guiding project teams, ensuring service resilience, and collaborating with telecom, vendor, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Serve as subject-matter expert for Network End Point connectivity and LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi transformation.
Design, implement, and manage infrastructure solutions, including SD-WAN, WAN/LAN, Wi-Fi, and AWS cloud integration.
Lead technical delivery of projects, providing guidance and best practices to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
Provide production support, create knowledge base, and analyze data for trend reporting.
Identify and resolve service delivery issues, escalations, and SLA slippages.
Lead regional meetings, crisis calls, and global support calls to advance domain goals.
Assess and mitigate risks, ensuring contingency plans and operational resilience.
Engage with vendors to drive continuous improvement, roadmap, and strategy for the NEC.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in the Network domain, focused on telecommunications.
Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi (Juniper Mist preferred), and SD-WAN.
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Python.
Knowledge of network security technologies: firewall, IDS/IPS, DDoS, proxy.
Strong communication, presentation, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage relationships with business partners and support teams.
Industry certifications such as CCNP preferred.
Good to Have
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
Expertise in firewall, IDS/IPS, DDoS, and proxy security solutions.
